PERRY CO., Ind. (WFIE) – A new opinion was filed Monday after the decision was made to restore health benefits for part time elected county officials and other part time employees in Perry County.
Originally, county commissioners voted to eliminate the health care coverage.
In the new opinion, the ruling has been overturned upon appeal, effectively, now causing part time employees to lose that coverage.
